Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a collaborative service in which our pharmacists review all of your medications to promote their safe and effective use. We check for drug interactions and duplications, make sure each medication is working as intended, answer your questions, and work with your doctors to optimize your therapy. The goal is simple: better results from your medications and better overall health for you.
